MEET OUR OWNER/OPERATOR

Ty was born and raised in Monrovia, Indiana. He went to college at Dallas Baptist University earning an MBA in accounting. After college, Ty moved back to Indiana and worked for a large accounting firm in Indianapolis. Lauren, his wife, helped run a small marketing/promotional company. In 2014, Ty and Lauren packed up and moved to San Antonio to pursue a career with Chick-fil-A. Ty worked as Kitchen Director and Lauren worked as a Hospitality/HR Director. After learning the business for a few years, Ty applied to be an Owner/Operator. After being "Top Graded" and wanting to be in the Midwest, they moved back home to Indiana to continue the interview/selection process for Chick-fil-A. After 2.5 years of application/interview process Ty was selected for Chick-fil-A Dayton Mall in 2019 and Selected for Chick-fil-A Oshkosh in 2020. 

Ty and Lauren have two daughters, Brylee and Taya. They plan to raise their family in Oshkosh and look forward to being a part of the community and are grateful for the opportunity to serve Oshkosh and the surrounding locations!
